Thunk — Data Deletion
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Thunk has an account only if you choose to sign in to Cloud save or, from version 1.3.0, turn on the Nomad Passport. This page explains how to delete each, what the game keeps on your phone, and what Google and Meta hold.
Deleting your account and cloud save
In the game: Settings → Cloud save → Delete account, then confirm with Apple or Google. This deletes:
- your account (the Apple or Google account ID, and the name and email address that provider shared), and
- your cloud save (acorns, knives, levels and stars, high scores, achievements, stats and daily-gift streak).
If you signed in with Apple, it also revokes Thunk's Sign in with Apple authorization. The progress already on your phone is kept, so you can carry on playing without an account.
Deleted the game already? Email support@get-creative.co with "Delete my Thunk account" in the subject, from the email address your Apple or Google account shares with us (or say which sign-in you used), and we will delete the account and its cloud save within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
Deleting your Nomad Passport
From version 1.3.0, Thunk has the optional Nomad Passport. In the game: Settings → Nomad Passport → Delete Passport, then confirm. This deletes, from our server and for every one of our games:
- the Passport: its level, its games, the XP each game gave each day and the rewards it has given,
- its play events, and
- its sign-in: the Apple or Google account ID, name and email address it shares, and the records of when and from which network address it signed in.
If another of our apps also uses that Apple or Google sign-in, the sign-in stays for that app.
What the Passport already gave you in Thunk stays in the game.
No longer have any of our games? Email support@get-creative.co with "Delete my Nomad Passport" in the subject. Give your Passport number, or write from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, and we will delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done. The same steps are at https://nomadarcade.com/passport/delete/.
What is on your phone
Your levels, stars, acorns, knives, high scores, achievements, daily-gift streak and settings are saved on your phone.
- Delete the game to delete all of it.
- Or, to keep the game and start again, open Settings → Reset all progress. While you are signed in, this resets the cloud copy too.
What Google and Meta hold
| What | Held by | Filed under | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gameplay analytics | Google (Firebase Analytics) | A random app-instance ID, and your account ID if you were signed in | Up to 14 months, then deleted automatically |
| Crash reports | Google (Firebase Crashlytics) | A random Crashlytics installation ID | Up to 90 days, then deleted automatically |
| Ads shown and how you interacted with them (from 1.1.0) | Google (AdMob) and, from 1.2.0, the network that showed the ad (AppLovin, Unity, Liftoff or Mintegral) | Device identifiers; on iPhone, Apple's advertising identifier only if you allowed tracking (from 1.2.0) | Under each company's own retention terms |
| App events on iPhone: installs, opens, a few game steps and purchases | Meta | An identifier the SDK generates for the install, and Apple's advertising identifier only if you allowed tracking (from 1.2.0) | Under Meta's own retention terms |
To ask us to delete the analytics filed under your install, email support@get-creative.co with "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject and say that it is about Thunk. We will ask Google and Meta to delete what they hold for it and tell you when it is done. Google's own controls for ads are at https://myadcenter.google.com.
Purchases
Deleting your account or your data does not refund a purchase. Refunds are Apple's or Google's to give; on iPhone, ask at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
